We are looking out for an experienced and self-driven Tele-Counselor to join our sales team for
ShramIN, a dedicated job site for the blue & grey collar workforce needed in micro and small
enterprises. It is a technology-based networking platform, built on three pillars – candidates,
employers, and training partners. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for handling
outgoing calls from the Students; resolving their issues in ShramIN App.

Job description

∙Call ITI students and provide counseling.
∙Guide the students regarding their career decisions
∙Provide information about the various jobs available in ShramIN App.
∙Assist students in making profiles on ShramIN App.
∙Organize career counseling for Blue & Grey collar.
∙Connect with Training Partners and assist them for Mobilization.
∙Ability to learn about our job portal Inside Out So that you have thorough knowledge to guide
and help the Students in rectifying their issues.
∙Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about ShramIN Jobs based on their interests.
∙Follow up with the students and Training Partners in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications & Skills
∙1-2 years of job experience in Tele-Counseling. Prior experience in the same field will be an
advantage.
∙Graduate in any stream.
∙Good convincing power.
∙Good working knowledge of Excel/Word.
∙Ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Cool-tempered and able to handle
objections.
More details:
∙Company will reimburse call bills.
∙This is a permanent work-from-office job and work timings are between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
∙Working days Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
