New Blossoms PreSchool is looking for an Head Teacher cum Coordinator.

Minimum qualification: A degree in education, business or marketing from a recognized university.

Job Description:

Explain about the admission procedures and curriculum offered to the prospective parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Support the parents throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
Participate in the decision-making process for children admissions based on PreSchool policies and guidelines.
Prepares and present MIS reports to the PreSchool management.
Participate in educational events, fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the PreSchool.
Perform PreSchool administrative and clerical activities when needed.

Supervise preschool teachers and daycare staff.

Hire and train new staff members.

Shadow preschool teachers in their absence.
Provide professional development opportunities for staff
Establish policies and communicate them to staff and parents
Develop educational programs and standards
Ensure that facilities are maintained and cleaned according to BMC regulations.
Comply COVID-19 rules and handle BMC audits and officials.
Follow the instructions and guidelines of the owner.
