The Blackbucks are actively looking for a Corporate Relations Manager for Placements and Recruitment, who can manage the relationship with companies from end to end for training and hiring purposes. We currently have more than 2500 trained students to place in software roles at top companies. We need an experienced manager who works in corporate relations for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract companies who are looking to hire freshers for 6LPA+ package jobs
• Learn about every lead’s requirements to improve the benefits we give to the companies
• Strategize marketing methods and techniques to achieve our goals
• Build strong relationships with the companies that you invite for collaboration
• Identify placement agencies who already are placing students
• Understand their requirements and ensure we can provide the same
• Manage till the process of recruitment completes
• Retain the companies to hire from us again throughout the year for freshers or interns
