Profile – Educational Loan Counselor

Location – Noida

Roles & Responsibilities :

– Counselling of candidates applying for abroad educational loans on our website

– Manage customers (students) and affect actual sales over the phone

– Explain the features of our education loans to students

– Answer students’ queries over the phone

– Convince them to apply for an education loan through our lending partners

– Coordinate with bank officials and shepherd the application to approval

Requirements – Any Graduate with Excellent English Communication Skills & Basic Math/Calculation Skills

Preference – Internship/Minimum 6 months experience in same field

Interview Mode – Telephonic/Virtual

Day Shift/ Alternate Saturdays Offs/ 10AM – 7AM

Salary – 20K CTC Plus Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
