Duration: Fixed contract for one year, extendable to three years

Job Title – Academic Associate

Job Responsibilities*

1. Assist faculty in course design and in administering the course and grading
2. Identify and collect reading materials (from library and other sources)
3. Conduct tutorials and maintain office hours
4. Address students’ queries
5. Evaluate Class Participation
6. Aid in activities conducted for students
7. Assist faculty in preparing research reports, case writings and academic publications
8. Administrative support through LMS (Learning Management System)
9. Assist faculty in arranging exams/quizzes and invigilation

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master’s in Marketing Management/ MBA – Marketing, Master’s in Organizational Behavior, Organizational/Industrial Psychology/ Strategy/ MBA – OB/HR/ Strategy; MSc. Finance or Accounts; MA/MSc. Economics/Development Studies; MA History; Master’s Developmental Economics, LLB, Diploma in Corporate Law or related; Master’s in Information Technology/BTech Computers; MSc. Statistics/Mathematics/Operations Management.
2. Strong graduate candidates from top tier schools will also be considered
3. Strong academic performance and a motivation to excel
4. One or two years of prior work experience, preferably in a teaching/research-oriented role or in a data analytics firm is desirable
5. Those interested in pursuing a Ph.D. or an academic career will be preferred
6. Please provide marksheets and entrance exam scores (GMAT, GRE, CAT etc.) where possible
