JD For Hindi Content Developer
Proficient in analyzing, designing and developing curriculum and learning for children based on provided guidelines/instruction methodologies.
Responsible for reviewing & updating existing curriculum based on the below mentioned aspects:
Innovative teaching learning processes
Innovative lesson plans
Organize child centric philosophy.
Responsible for extensive research; up to date with recent methodologies/instruction management.
Responsible for incorporation of any innovative ideas, as discussed.
Excellent at integrating knowledge content with varied practical exercises in consistency and continuity.
Develop schedule to assess training needs
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials, preparing a resource dispersal plan.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Test and review created materials
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Responsible for coaching and training of teachers.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage trainees performance throughout the course, and actively promote trainee autonomy and reflective practice
Communication: a. maintaining standards of mutually respectful interaction with school/district personnel.
Responding to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
To design the middle school content as and when required.
Providing timelines, calendars, and schedules.
Required Candidate profile
M.A in Hindi and B.Ed
Minimum 2 years of content development experience.
