Applications Invited for Faculty Position –Asst. Prof. & Asso. Professor only

BIMTECH, Greater Noida, invites applications for Faculty positions from exceptionally bright and motivated candidates with an established record of high-quality teaching and research. The candidate should have experience in online and offline teaching.

(A) Eligibility

i. Candidates should be from the Management area and universities/institutions of repute from anywhere in the world.

ii. Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic profile starting from the Higher Secondary examination (class 12 onwards). Board and University Rank Holders will be given preference.

iii. Those who have submitted their Ph.D/FPM theses and are awaiting award of the degree are also eligible. However, the selection will be conveyed only after confirmation of the award of the Ph.D./FPM degree.

iv. A record of accomplishment of a minimum of 2 publications in FT50, ABDC A*/A category journal demonstrating the research potential of the candidate is preferable.

v. Online teaching experience is necessary with familiarity with new teaching tools.

vi. Practitioners from the industry with prior teaching experience in offline and online teaching and conversant with the latest teaching tools are encouraged to apply. They must have a PGDM/MBA degree.

vii. Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.

viii. Experience with case-based, problem-based, active, or experiential learning preferred.

ix. Evidence of substantive consulting projects in the field is a plus.

(B) Disciplines and Courses of Opening / Vacancy

Operations Management and Decision Sciences, Retail Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Information Technology, Account & Law

(C) Job description: Faculty shall be responsible for:

· Teaching the prescribed subjects.

· Developing pedagogy and course syllabus.

· Developing online subject content and recording the same in the BIMTECH studio.

· Conducting research, MDP and consultancy.

· Institution building and administrative work of the department.

(D) Remuneration & Perks:

The Regular Faculty will be employed with a salary and allowances, and provident fund contribution at parity with AICTE pay scales (7^th Pay Commission).
