Roles & Responsibilities ofFacilitator:

The Zonal Manager will be handling20 – 30 schools and team of trainers in the given district. Laison with the GovernmentStakeholder ( Education Department officials, School Principal, Teachers) forthe effective project implementation Supervises the school leveloperations at the assigned district and ensure timely submission ofMonthly/Quarterly/ Annual reports Showcase Leadership skills ,effective people management through the successful implementation on ground Ensure effective communication andreporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency andeffectiveness of the program.

PreferredEducation Qualification / Experience:

Post-Graduation with a minimumof4 years’ experience in a relevantfield Should be a quick learner tounderstand and execute the structured program Operation Management skills foreffective delivery of the program Experience in reporting, training,monitoring, and evaluating the projects Ability to mentor the team toachieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals Good English speaking & writingskills

Knowledge,Skills, and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal, communicationand supervision Skills Good understanding of thepedagogical aspects involved in teaching children. Good people engagement, networking,and listening skills Ability to drive outcome-orientedplans through the team’s collective effort Critical thinking and problem-solving Emotional maturity to buildrelationships, empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members anddevelop others

Scope: Full time Remuneration: 4,20,000 p.a. – 5,00,000p.a., based on the candidate’s skill and experience Expected Joining Date: Immediate Location: Chennai, Mahbubnagar – Telangana Minimum commitment: 2 years
