1. Network with stakeholders of the school system (ie. teachers, school heads, parents) to incorporate SEL in the curriculum & culture of the school
2. Co-facilitate workshops for teachers on SEL competencies
3. Co-facilitate SEL classes along with Teachers for children
4. Conduct observation visits to schools to monitor intervention
5. Support teachers in their SEL lessons and offer feedback
6. Assist in monitoring and evaluation of the program
7. Identify a problem in the field, document the need, make recommendations and develop solutions through research
8. Explore various existing frameworks on social and emotional learning such as CASEL, SEEL, Happiness Curriculum, etc. (these are frameworks rooted in neuroscience and psychology and are implemented throughout the world)
9. Explore SEL content creation for children by developing an understanding of their needs and challenges
10. Understand teacher mindsets and real-life challenges faced by teachers in school systems through structured interactions
11. Develop facilitation skills through mentoring sessions with skilled facilitators and practical experience of working with a large group of teachers in workshops
