Requirements

• Minimum of one-year experience in project management and working in a team is preferable
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector/working with government officials would be an advantage
• Prior volunteering and/or experience in field work is mandatory
• Any Graduate (Social work preferred)

• Go-getter, ability to strategize and implement outcome-oriented programme with relevant resource teams
• Strong mobiliser who can invest and onboard supporters and partners across institutions and

• Willingness to travel frequently – across districts in Tamilnadu
