Job Description The Associate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and school management to ensure the effective implementation of Bhumi’s School Transformation Programme in the assigned partner schools.Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinate the programmatic activities through classroom observations, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure effective implementationManage all the trainers/facilitators working with the schools on the ground – recruit, onboard, and conduct induction to the trainers/facilitatorsManaging relationships with school management, teachers, trainers, and studentsCollaborate with the school management team and the teachers in selecting students for the programmeConducting assessments for the schools, teachers, and students to evaluate the current levels and the impact of the programmeFrequent visits to partner schools to monitor the implementation of the projects by Bhumi happening on the school premises and report them to the managerCollection, management, and analysis of programme data of the schools and reporting to the programme teamEnsure smooth functioning and implementation of programme activities at the school along with the expected outputsHold self-accountable for the day-to-day event execution & operationsImmediate troubleshooting and resolution of challenges working along with the operations team and the vendorPreferred Education Qualification / Experience:Graduation / Post-GraduationPreferably 1-2 experience in working with the schools / NGO / FieldworkPrior experience in the non-profit sector would be an advantage.Experience in project monitoring and evaluation, reporting, resource mobilizationGood English speaking & writing skillsOther Information:Scope: Full timeRemuneration: 3 – 4 Lakhs p.a., based on the candidate’s experienceReporting to: Assistant Manager – STPExpected Joining Date: ImmediateLocation: ChennaiMinimum commitment: Two yearsWillingness to travel
