The tutor, through interactive and fun teaching methods, has to provide individual attention and build the knowledge of the children by understanding their needs.

Primary responsibilities include:

-Conducting Tamil, Mathematics and English remedial classes for children from 3rd to 8th standard.

-Lesson plan preparation for every week.

-Attending the tutor training programs aimed at skill improvement conducted by Bhumi

-Create a good relationship with the children in the class, understand their needs and apply personalized learning approaches in their lessons

-Conduct assessments to the children and analyze their skills and curate lessons depending on the individual need of the child.

-Monitor the progress of the children regularly

-Create awareness among the parents about the children’s skill level by conducting parent-tutor meetings monthly.

-Conduct occasional education-related community surveys.

-Conduct community works when needed to create awareness about education and the betterment of the children in the community.

-Create awareness about RTE among the community people.

Preferred Qualification:

Knowledge and Skills:

-Good knowledge of Pedagogy.

-Good communication skills.

-Good English and Tamil speaking skills.

Scope: Full-time/part-time

Joining: Immediate.

Work time for After school centers – 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm

Work time for schools – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
