BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon), a Blackhawk Network Company, is looking for a talented and motivated sales Deal Desk Manager with a passion for solving challenging problems and building products that customers love.

Your day to day involves:

• Managing the customer agreement process: review draft agreements, opportunity data, send to customer, provision accounts and attribution in the system upon agreement complete
• Running the auto-renewal process
• Salesforce.com Data Audit: Ensuring high data quality in SFDC via daily reviews, following up with sales team for corrections and sales training
• Tracking and maintaining sales and marketing conversion data
• Creating management reports from SFDC and using MS Excel
• Collaborating with finance in reconciling data across systems

About you:

• 5+ years of managing sales deal desk process at a software or SaaS company
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• Excellent Salesforce.com user skills
• Excellent MS Excel Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Love for learning new things and teaching others about them
• Commitment to excellence
• Self-starter
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Flexible work hours with the expectation that you will be available from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
