Main objective of the job:

To design, implement and monitor sales force strategies through the training team across the organization. Along with this the incumbent should also act as a business advisor/consultant to sales leadership team enabling them with data insights and strategies to drive sales force performance. The role will shape training strategies to orient the sales teams toward realizing the new organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and train FF on BSV’s products for continuously updating their product awareness
  • Train, facilitate, and coach FF by creating awareness on the latest selling techniques, methods, and tools to continuously re-skill
  • Develop the managerial capability of the line managers with relevant inputs from stakeholders, as well as the BSV competency framework
  • Conduct training (on-the-job as well as classroom ILTs) for all new and current employees
  • Understand stakeholder requirements and proactively respond to any expectations
  • Build trust and respect to enhance quality of relationship and service with stakeholder
  • Lead the generation of relevant and accurate data/reports for efficient Leadership decision making process
  • Allocate tasks and solve problems that may arise
  • Create an environment of learning and support team members to realize their individual goals
  • Build a culture of open communication, engagement and create an energized workplace
  • Lead and drive the involvement from Training team to create impact, and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives towards organization transformation

Requisite for the role:

  • 10 – 12 years of exp in training as well as content & curriculum design, in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industries
  • Preferably, 4+ years of sales training experience
  • Post-graduate in Pharmaceutical Management or/and HR Management
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Preferably, Certification in Training or Facilitation Skills
