Job Overview: As a TGT French Teacher at Bharat Ram Global School, you will be responsible to teach French language to the students, introducing them to French culture, and helping them develop language proficiency. The position requires teaching French classes for classes 6 to 8, and the teacher will be required to come to school for 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

French Language Instruction: Plan and deliver effective French language lessons to students in classes 6 to 8, adhering to the CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
Create engaging and interactive activities to encourage students to speak, read, write, and understand the French language.

Cultural Awareness:Introduce students to French culture, history, traditions, and customs to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the language.

Assessment and Evaluation:Conduct regular assessments to gauge students’ language proficiency and progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their French language skills.

Classroom Management:Create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom to foster a love for learning French.
Manage classroom discipline effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.

Parent Communication:Maintain open communication with parents, providing them with updates on their child’s progress, attendance, and performance in French.

Professional Development:Stay updated with the latest developments in French language teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other language teachers and school staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in French language or a related field.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in language education are a plus.
• Proven experience teaching French to students in classes 6 to 8, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Excellent proficiency in the French language with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and guidelines for teaching French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create dynamic and interactive lessons to make French learning enjoyable for students.
• Classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility to work on a 3-days-a-week schedule.
