The Management Assurance (MAS) Function of Vedanta has been a key pillar of the group, focused on adding and enhancing value for the business. In this high-impact role, the leader will be responsible for :

• Driving improvement in Tier Ratings & Performance Scorecards
• Benchmarking SOPs & Best Practices with Vedanta BUs & other organizations
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, both in terms of operational processes and the internal audit function itself.
• Leveraging analytics to deliver on business KPIs with digitalization of processes.
• Identifying and evaluating key risks facing the organization, and designing internal audit plans and strategies to address those risks.
• Acting as the POC for all the activities driven by Group MAS.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• CA with 12+ years of experience
