Job Description

Paid Internship- We are looking for people who can contribute to the HR team, and help us get the best trainers/teachers for our students.

Roles and responsibilities

• Figure out different sources to reach out to desired candidates for different roles.
• Coordinate various interview processes with the team and candidates.
• Identifying the candidates who are a good fit for the roles we are hiring for.
• Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction

Requirement

• You should have good communication skills.
• You are available to commit 7-8 hours per day.
• Stipend upto 10,000 INR
