Job Description:
- Handle all incoming queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide prospects in their decisions for our courses.
- Should become knowledgeable about our university admission process and requirements.
- Maintaining accurate knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments and resources.
- Counsel and guide the aspiring candidates as per their requirements about the various career options by highlighting the benefits of required course.
- Communicate our products and services via Face to Face, Calling and E-mail.
- Counselling and effective follow up with the leads/prospects.
- Converting leads / prospectus generated through various sources into admission.
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Meeting coordinators for business generation.
- Conducting Seminars.
- Come up with different initiatives and ideas to generate more leads.
- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required & sharing it with the reporting manager.
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
- Developing a Strong Network of Business Associates.
- Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
