We are World’s 1st IQ+CQ+EQ Academy for kids which goes beyond just tutoring school subjects into building knowledge and skills required for success in today’s world and tomorrow’s careers. The world has changed and so have the requirements of future jobs. Dependence on just knowledge, concepts and theories is diminishing as the new-world requires newer skills of creativity, critical thinking, technology, digital literacy, communication. However, our education system has not changed for decades leading to this gap between what is required for new-world success and our children’s’ skills. We bridge the gap left by traditional schooling and complete each child’s education holistically.

Responsibilities:
Should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in teaching

Comfortable Teaching kids from age group 6-12 years (Grade 1 – Grade 6 students)

Should have Good Coding Knowledge (eg.: Java, HTML, C, C++, etc.)

Good if earlier worked on platforms such as Scratch or TinkerCad

Should have Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal both)

Should have strong observational skills to evaluate in class assessments and ability to provide concrete feedback to the students for areas of improvement.

Laptop and stable Wi-Fi Connection is a must.
