Job Summary:
Faber Kitchen Appliances is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our
team as a Product Trainer in Cochin. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a B
Tech/BE/MBA degree who have excellent communication and presentation skills. The
Product Trainer will be responsible for learning about our products, developing training
materials, and delivering engaging training sessions to our sales teams, service
technicians, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
o Assist in the design and development of comprehensive training programs
for Faber Kitchen Appliances.
o Contribute to the creation of engaging training presentations, manuals,
and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences.
2. Training Delivery:
o Conduct training sessions for sales teams, service technicians, and retail
partners, both in-person and online.
o Utilize various training methods such as workshops, webinars, and hands-
on demonstrations to ensure effective learning.
o Ensure trainees understand product features, benefits, usage, and
troubleshooting techniques.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of Faber Kitchen Appliances’ products and
stay updated on the latest innovations.
o Serve as a knowledgeable resource for product-related queries and
issues, with support from senior trainers.
4. Performance Evaluation:
o Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through
feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
o Help refine and improve training materials and methods based on
feedback and evaluation results.
5. Support and Collaboration:
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure training aligns with
company goals and strategies.
o Provide continuous support and resources to trainees to facilitate
knowledge retention and practical application.
o Work with product development teams to stay informed about new
products and features, integrating this information into training programs.
6. Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of training activities and trainee progress.
o Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to
management.
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B Tech/BE) is required./MBA
• Experience:
o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in training,
teaching, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
o Strong interest in kitchen appliances and a willingness to learn in-depth
product knowledge.
o Proficiency in creating engaging and informative training materials.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
