KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Good knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting skills for all desktops, laptops, and printer related issues.

Good knowledge on Win 10, Office 365 and azure cloud apps, Citrix, VPN, basic knowledge on Server/Network etc.

Basic Networking knowledge and Vendor coordination.

Knowledge about email solution G-suite & 365,

Cloud Storage, file sharing, AD, antivirus, Windows OS, application.

Knowledge about POS, Kiosk, barcode scanner, POS application Thermal printer, RF card.

Manage Network Firewall, Switch, Access point configuration, Lan crimping & testing.

CCTV, NVR, IPBX intercom.

Sound system, Audio, Video, Speakers, Mic.

AV VC System, TV, LED wall, Digital signage display.

Support to Contact Centre.

Manage Day to Day Innovatory

Good e-mail etiquettes and telephone etiquettes.

Vendor Support

Lead or assist in the setup of other local IT services required, e.g. Support for Payroll system Finance system (Tally)Act as point of contact within brand India on any technology requests (including coordinating with brand HQ as required).

Walkie talkie maintenance and count to be maintained on a daily basis.

Coordinating with Higher authority in organization.

Good Communication Skill

SKIILS

Strong negotiator and good communicator. Should be acting on behalf of the business in discussions with multiple vendors.

Good general knowledge of the core systems of a business.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor degree or master degree in IT / similar is a must

Advanced communication skills.

Ability to quickly adapt to change.

4-5 Years of work experience
