About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Bengali Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to appreciate and excel in the Bengali language and literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Bengali language and literature to students as per the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Encourage participation through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents and fellow teachers to support student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Bengali or related field
✔ B.Ed. qualification preferred
✔ Prior teaching experience preferred
✔ Strong command of spoken and written Bengali
✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills
✔ Passion for teaching and student development
Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
