We’re looking for an Education Counselor who is extremely student-centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. As a counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospect learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

• Responsible for managing & convert leads.
• Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.
• Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the digital marketing courses like SEO, Social Media, PPC Ads, Website Designing, etc.
• Ensure to meet the sales/revenue targets set by the institute.
• Handling outbound calls/inbound calls to explain the product/courses.
• Making calls to the cold leads on a regular basis.
• Conducting Seminars/Workshops in schools/colleges to meet admission targets.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective students or learners, includes counseling through phone and email.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated in real-time on google sheets.
• Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and the number of enrolments.
• Handle Objections and Price negotiations in order to generate sales revenue.
• Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded.
• Can communicate with target customer base using online platforms (Training will be given).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
