Convert candidates for training

Counsel candidates when they are visiting our campus

Explain to them all our programs and develop an interest in them so they will want to join it.

Batches and classes management

Scheduling meeting with faculties at colleges

Visiting campus for activities when required

Students registration record maintenance

Feedback updating & data entry

Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students

Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns

Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately

Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties

Study and update student records

Prepare and present reviews on progress

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
