Salary: 25,000 INR (Fixed) + Up to 30,000 INR Incentive

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing our transformative EdTech solutions.

2. Leverage your linguistic finesse to articulate the benefits of our offerings, especially tailored for English learning.

3. Engage with parents to understand their child’s educational needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

5. Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

6. Collaborate with the Central team to align sales strategies with the overall mission and vision of the company.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience as an English teacher or relevant teaching experience preferred.

2. Fluency in spoken English with excellent communication skills.

3. Confidence in presenting and promoting educational products.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
