Job Location : Pune Role and Responsibility 

• A develop and build L&D structure for the organisation.
• Initiate Induction and other employee training engagements to get the training momentum started
• Curate and formulate training content in liaison with product team.
• Circulate training invites and calendars to employees and management.
• Redevelop existing training modules in accordance with business needs.
• Strategize Leadership development training programme by Liaoning with group learning academy.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs for senior management.
• Conducting Training Need analysis across organisation, Design and deliver, innovative high-impact Individualized Learning & Development plans for all roles and grades though various channels like classroom, e-learning and micro learning.
