Design training programs aligned with business goals
Deliver sessions with PPTs/e- learning/role-plays etc
Assess effectiveness thru feedback/performance metrics
Coach/mentor participants to apply soft skills in real situations

Required Candidate profile

Should be MBA-HR/MSW with 10+ yrs exp in corporate L&D in BFSI & willing to travel pan India
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Position is based at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
