Role & responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training programs focused on mobile phones and technology sales, covering product knowledge, features, and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams to ensure they stay informed about the latest products and industry trends.
- Create and implement motivational training sessions designed to inspire and energize the sales team.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture by identifying and addressing motivational needs within the team.
- Train sales personnel on effective route planning, time management, and territory optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient product placement and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver soft skills training programs covering communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct role-playing exercises and real-life scenarios to reinforce and enhance soft skills among the sales team.
- Implement behavioral training programs to enhance professional conduct, teamwork, and positive interactions within the workplace.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to address any behavioral challenges and ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Establish and implement a robust post-training evaluation system to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve training programs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on sales training.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile phones and technology products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in training tools and technology.
