Roles and Responsibilities:
To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client
expectations
To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
Setting rigorous follow up mechanisms with students and the Universities abroad
Setting new benchmarks in student experiences and services
Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their applications.
Assist the clients with Visa application & help them to prepare for the Visa interview
Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is off the highest quality and all timelines are me.
What you bring to the table:
-The Ideal candidate should have 2-3 prior overseas education experience.
-Well versed with counselling and processes for admissions for USA, Canada, Australia, UK etc
-Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
-Committed to work on long term
-Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
