Seeking Telecaller cum Counsellor. The selected candidate will be the
first point of contact for interested students/guardians seeking information for
our courses. She will also be required to call prospective inquiries, manage all
leads on CRM, provides information about the courses, and convert to walk-ins &
admissions.
The candidate should be able to manage the entire enquiry handling and
Admissions Procedures. The Functions Include
- handling telephone enquiries;
- managing leads on the CRM;
- processing student documentation;
- handling the general office upkeep and any other administrative tasks that
may be required from time to time.
Should be smart, confident, and polite. Must have strong interpersonal skills and multitasking
ability. Should be well-versed with computers. Should be fluent in English & Hindi,
