Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions on a variety of topics related to data science and AI, such as machine learning, data visualization, big data analysis, and natural language processing.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they are effective and relevant.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in data science/ Data Engineering and AI/ ML to ensure training materials and delivery methods are up to date.
• Creation and publishing of standard Learning path-based training calendar
• Mapping and monitoring of trainings undergone by employees as per learning paths
• Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers that join directly from college.
• Create Training Courseware and Artifacts.
• Mentoring of fresher batches.
• Coordinating with stakeholders (Business leaders, vendors, L&D team) for training and assessment.
• Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in data science or AI OR Data Engineering / data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development including experience with machine learning, data visualization, big data analysis, and natural language processing., ETL, Big Data, PySpark , snow flake. Etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with popular data science and data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development trainings and learning journeys .
