Role & responsibilities
1. Devise training sessions of Soft skills Training/ Interpersonal Skill Training.
2. Assessment and Evaluation: To Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through pre and post-training assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions for School Children.
3. Analyzing the results to measure the impact of training and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of training activities, Students Count/ attendance and evaluation results. Generating reports and summaries to communicate the impact and outcomes of the training program.
5. To collect photos/videos/documents, etc. as mentioned in the SOP provided.
6. Frequent travelling (traveling to rural areas, remote areas, urban areas, and semi urban areas) is in your profile.
7. If required you have to cover other districts also apart from your assigned location.
8. To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
9. To collect certificates (as evidence of completion of the deliverables)
10. To provide assessment analysis after completion of every module (in line with back office team) in the provided excel format.
11. Candidate must conduct trainings related to topics of Interpersonal Skills, eg.
Presentation skills.
Communication skills.
Decision making etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven ability to provide training.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
A good working knowledge of MS Office packages and expertise in making and presenting PPTs.
The flexibility to work outside normal office hours as may be required from time-to-time.
Ability to Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars effectively for students.
Ability to commute to different locations.
Ready to travel.
