Job Description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the entire quality checks for in-process applications and ensure hygiene.

• Ensure the authenticity of the documents by following standards and protocols.

• Evaluate the eligibility criteria of each applicant against the pre-requisite of the Programme/University.

• Verify the completeness of documents submitted in support of each application to ensure high acceptability.

• Communicate with the respective stakeholders on a timely basis and ensure that application deadlines are met.

• Update the internal portals on a regular basis and ensure accuracy.

• Work alongside the QC Lead to develop the SOPs and assist in training

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a well-reputed institution.

• 1-2 years of experience, Experience in Quality assurance/Study abroad field involving International Clients will be preferable.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

• A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.

• Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate multiple parameters.

• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate between cross-functional teams.

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
