Technical Competencies

• Conversant with tele-calling and data/ info gathering from various sources.
• Be tech savvy to conduct basic research on the internet to find ground resources that will be useful to us in the long run.
• Collect and collate information about such ground resources
• Proactively reach out to such resources and conduct their assessment and fitment checks necessary for our project.
• Manage data and create MIS. Prepare presentations for the management.
• Act as the secretary to the SLIC/ DLIC
• Manage activity calendars including meetings of SLIC/ DLIC etc. Record minutes and follow ups on activities, their outcomes and provide desired support for such activities.
• Coordinate enrolment of Bima Vahaks with various ground resources and industry SPOCS.
• Manage all paper work required for Bima Vahak enrolment.

Personal Attributes / Skills

• Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Excellent Communication, Customer Service & listening capabilities.
• Proficient in MS office

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide responses to all ground resources on queries regarding the product (Bima Vistaar), process and enrolment of Bima Vahaks, their training requirements etc. as and when that happens.
• Quality query resolution – provide timely, accurate and complete answers to ground resources and their functionaries.
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with Kotak GI and internal support teams like Ops, Sales Strategy, branch resources, marketing, finance etc. to gather the information, materials, feedback and documents required to deliver his/ her services as required.
