Work as a Lead generator for customers
Promote wellness and conduct health evaluations
Give presentation to the customers for available Wellness programs
Be abreast with the product knowledge
Attend training programs and opportunity meetings
Work as a single point of contact for Follow up with the existing customers.
Build excellent relationships with primary care teams and other key stakeholders.
Build knowledge of community support and develop partnerships to ensure signposting is safe and effective.
Act as a champion of personalised care and health coaching, increasing awareness and promoting its benefits to primary care staff and other audiences.
Work with your line manager to identify your own support needs and undertake continual personal and professional development.
