Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Competency Development Corporate Trainer at Aviation Indeed™️. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance competencies and skills of employees within the aviation industry. The role involves designing instructional materials, conducting interactive training sessions, assessing performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The Corporate Trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
