As a Sales service representative, you will be required to:

Interact with customers via VOIP phone and provide service

Follow communication “scripts”.

Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database.

Demonstrate an aptitude to resolve issues and increase revenue.

Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.

Continuously strive to improve in the assigned work
