Job Description:

We at DGX Learning and Teaching Solutions are actively looking for an Academic Counsellor cum Salesperson to join our administrative staff. The successful candidate will divide his or her time equally between administrative tasks, providing students with guidance and support and looking after the sales, and converting the interested candidates to join DGX. He or she must always be available to students who need help with their course, social stress, or other issues that might emerge during the completion of the course. We run a supportive environment with low educator turnover and high employee satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

• Implement a proper IT guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
• Convert the visiting students to join the course.
• Conducting webinars in other educational Institutes to make students aware of the vast career options available in IT.
• Also conduct sales/ business development activities like college tie-ups, campus drives, placement initiatives, etc.

• Assist administrators and educators with planning and carrying out Course-related programs and events
• Analyse student performance in the classroom to provide guidance and identify potential problems
• Learn students’ names, career objectives, and other details so you can better serve them
• Help students develop academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents, and strengths
• Work collaboratively with the faculties and other supportive staff
• Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs
• Communicate with faculty, parents, and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioural and academic problems.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Min 6 months of experience in a Counsellor role.
• Experience working with secondary students a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

1) All members are required to wear masks
2) Automated hand sanitizers are installed
3) Regular Temperature checks are done
4) SPO2 checking is done regularly
5) Two doctors are available full time
