The Teacher will work in Municipal schools and help us implement the Reading Program that aims at making students independent readers and enable them to develop a reading habit.

The Reading Program Focuses on 3 major areas to teach English/Hindi/Marathi to the students:- – Phonics – English/Hindi/Marathi Grammar – English/Hindi/Marathi Language Position – English Teacher Location – Pune, Aurangabad Experience – 6 mons – 1 Year Education – Graduation/D.Ed/ECCED/Diploma in Teaching Other Skills: Fluency in Spoken & Written English, Hindi & Marathi – Conduct English/Hindi/Marathi language lessons for the class assigned. – Making apt unit plans and Lesson plans for their classes. – Conducting activities for students to ensure maximum learning. – Conducting Assessments at regular intervals of time in a fair and just manner. – Collect Student data namely assessment, attendance, library books issuance etc. – Applying the feedback and training in classes conducted at schools. – Conduct parents-teachers meeting at regular intervals of time. – Checking books/ worksheets of the students regularly. – Interact with the parents of the students regularly and update them on the progress of their children. – Giving constructive feedback to the Lead Program Managers about the Program. – Build healthy relations with the Government School teachers, School Management, Parents and Children.
