Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and PGT Commerce subjects to students at a postgraduate level.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.
• Participate in school events and activities related to commerce education.

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.Com degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• 3-8 years of experience as a teacher or educator in a similar role (accountancy, business studies, economics).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, business concepts, economic theories, and innovative ways of teaching these subjects.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas simply to students from diverse backgrounds.
