Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and PGT Commerce subjects to students at a postgraduate level.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.
- Participate in school events and activities related to commerce education.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.Com degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- 3-8 years of experience as a teacher or educator in a similar role (accountancy, business studies, economics).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, business concepts, economic theories, and innovative ways of teaching these subjects.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas simply to students from diverse backgrounds.
