Position Overview
Autodesk Consulting is seeking a talented Power Bi Developer to design, develop, maintain Power BI dashboards and descriptive/diagnostic Analytics based solutions for it’s Enterprise Customers. This individual will work with the global consulting team to develop dashboard solutions built using Enterprise Data Warehouse, Power Platforms and PowerBI. Responsibilities
- Deliver configured dashboards and automation solutions on top of Autodesk core products in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) / Manufacturing
- Develop and maintain impactful Power BI solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards
- Implement data security and governance policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Power BI features and capabilities
- Develop solutions for customers based on user stories provided by the consulting team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any related degree
- 4+ years’ experience with Power BI
- Strong knowledge on Data Cleaning and Transformation
- Strong Data Analysis and Visualization skills
- Strong understanding of Relational Databases
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in translating project data into business insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
- Prior experience in BIM 360 and ACC would be a plus
- Practical experience with various databases and analytics
- Hands-on experience with SQL is preferred
- Knowledge in AEC, Manufacturing (MFG) domains

Ability to embrace new ideas, methods, learning and quickly put them into practice.
Excellent skills in resolving customer problems with an “out of the box” and a “can do” approach
Knowledge in construction project life cycle from design development, production, support and handover
Understanding of construction process and data flow
Strong knowledge of Autodesk AEC or MFG products and APIs (including AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Revit/Navisworks/Fusion/Inventor or similar products and their APIs)

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
