We are a preferred partner of several institutions due to our strong and diverse network, conscientious selection of on-ground partners and activities, and highly personalized and responsive service.Role DescriptionAs a Business Development Associate at Authentica, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and driving the growth for our study abroad programs. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an energetic and results-driven individual to contribute to the success of a globally-minded organization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune.Key Responsibilities Include:Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, trends, and opportunities for study abroad programs. Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, travel agencies, and other potential partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.Proposal and Presentation: Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our study abroad programs. Present proposals to potential partners and clients.Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations to secure partnerships and agreements. Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and program management, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnerships.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
