Key Responsibilities:

• Subject Expertise: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in English, Environmental Science (EVS), and Computer, aligning with the school’s curriculum. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of young learners.
• Classroom Management: Create a welcoming and well-organized classroom that encourages active participation and a love of learning.
• Assessment: Develop and implement assessments to evaluate students’ progress, provide feedback, and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Extracurricular Activities: Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities and programs that enhance their holistic development.
• Parent Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and any areas for improvement.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from any recognized university for English, EVS, and Computer subjects.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
• OR Higher Secondary (12th grade) with a minimum of 60% marks and a Diploma in Elementary Education (DEI) or Primary Teacher Certificate (PTC) from a recognized institution.
• Teaching certification or license (if applicable).
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to teaching young learners and use technology effectively.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the overall development of primary students.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
