Role & responsibilities

• Identify and include required training areas.
• Prepare training module.
• Prepare yearly training calendar.
• Update training modules.
• Monitor ongoing trainings.
• Initiate train the trainer program.
• Visit different states to interact with agents and staffs.
• Conduct assessment.
• Conduct refresher training.
• Create training module on system.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have completed MBA

Must have 5 years of training experience in NBFC/MFI/Bank

Must have experience on preparing training module/content

Must have experience to deliver training in online/off line mode

Must have LMS knowledge

Must have good verbal & written communication
