Role & responsibilities
- Identify and include required training areas.
- Prepare training module.
- Prepare yearly training calendar.
- Update training modules.
- Monitor ongoing trainings.
- Initiate train the trainer program.
- Visit different states to interact with agents and staffs.
- Conduct assessment.
- Conduct refresher training.
- Create training module on system.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have completed MBA
Must have 5 years of training experience in NBFC/MFI/Bank
Must have experience on preparing training module/content
Must have experience to deliver training in online/off line mode
Must have LMS knowledge
Must have good verbal & written communication
