Assistant Manager – HR (Experience 3-7Years)
• Working experience on MS packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc…)
• Experienced and proficient with troubleshooting techniques and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior supervisory skills, and ability to work independently and within the team
• Critical listening and thinking skills
• Training/ teaching skills and strategic management skills
• Negotiation skills/ experience and time management skills
• Working experience on SalesForce and Service Now (good to have)
• Working experience on Power Bi, SAP Analytics, etc. (good to have)
• Working experience on Saba, Skillsoft, Percipio, MOOCs content, and SAP Learning (good
