ATLAS SkillTech University is hiring for Admission Counsellors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing students/parents telephonically and inform them about various courses offered
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with prospective students
• Convince the applicants and parents of applicants to visit the campus
• Receive guests (Students & Parents), take them for University Tour
• Follow up interactions over email and calls with potential students to ensure their participation in admission-related processes as per the course requirement
• Proactively follow-up with student to increase conversion of final enrolment
• Drive all activities to ensure adequate enquiry generation to meet student admission targets
• Keep records of calls and note useful information
• Support the student outreach and admissions strategy to broaden awareness; and increase

the visibility across a wider audience for programs

• Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Experience:

• Incumbent with experience in telephonic counselling, customer service & sales will be preferred

Location: Kurla (Off – BKC) – Mumbai

We work from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6pm all the days from campus.
