Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Interact with potential clients via various channels.
- Build strong relationships by understanding their professional development needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from lead generation to final closure.
- Keep accurate records using CRM software.
- Product Knowledge:
- Understand our executive education programs and effectively communicate program benefits.
- Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client requirements and career goals.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Targets and Quotas:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven sales track record, preferably in education or professional training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
