Diversity & Inclusion: 1. Implement a comprehensive Campus strategy (Hiring and Engagement) by collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders. 2. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted colleges/universities across a diverse stakeholder audience including professors, student groups, Placement officers and Vendor Partners 3. Plan and execute all on-campus activities including presentations, campus visits, engagement programs, networking events, interviews, and new hire Onboarding. 4. Drive innovative campus branding and engagement initiatives like power talks, workshops, live projects. 5. Source and onboard interns- campus and off-campus as per business needs. 6. Leverage social media to create a positive brand image of the company especially amplifying campus initiatives.

Qualification/technical knowledge:

Essential * Post Graduation (MBA in HR) * Proficient in MS Excel/Powerpoint Preferred * MBA / PG in HR with 2-5 yrs exp * Excellent communication skills * Proficient in MS Excel
