Responsibilities:

- Address student concerns and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with student services to enhance the overall student experience.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and the broader community.
- Promote the department or school’s reputation and contributions.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the department or school.
- Align academic initiatives with the overall goals of the institution.
- Research and Innovation:
- Support and promote faculty research initiatives and scholarly activities.
- Encourage innovation and the integration of new technologies in teaching and research.
- Accreditation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work towards continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Address challenges and conflicts within the department or school.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
